Hosting: A trauma informed approach [FULL]

This 1.5h-long training aims to help you to understand behavior that might be connected to experiences of trauma within those that you’re hosting. We will explore what it means to be trauma informed in our support by focusing on developing an awareness of trauma, understanding the importance of building trust, a sense of safety and enabling choice through a strength-based approach. There will be a 1hour presentation following by 30mins of questions, discussion, reflection.
