The cost of living varies depending on where you are in the UK. The cost of living generally includes everything to live, apart from rent.
Rent depends a lot on where you are, how many people you live with and what kind of place you want to live in. Generally, if you live outside of a city the rent will be cheaper, whereas, if you live in the centre of a city, it can be very expensive. You can use rightmove or zoopla, amongst other platforms to find a property for you.
Utilities are becoming more expensive in the UK, and it’s important to know that most rent prices will not include any utility bills or council tax. The general average of gas, electricity and water is around £97 which is ₴3,537.*
