Resolving problems

If you have complaints about Reset’s services or actions, please contact us and we will aim to come to a mutually acceptable resolution together.

If you are concerned by something a potential sponsor has said to you, or there is something on their profile which doesn’t feel right, please let us know. This will not jeopardise your application, but it will make sure we can act.

If you have any concerns regarding health and safety, data protection, discrimination or harassment please inform Reset immediately by emailing [email protected]

If we can’t resolve the problem within the staff team, you can appeal to the Board of Trustees, or another governing board, for example, The Charity Commission. We will always try to find a solution together.
